Poem Analysis And Introduction
This poem speaks of a love relationship in the state of doubt. It is a state that happens when one of the partners is not sure of his or her feelings, while the other partner has successfully manifested strong feelings of love. When one partner is pushing the other to feel the same way or to reach their level of emotional expression, this will then become problematic. Too much expression of love from one side will make the other person feel suffocated, trapped or even guilty for not being able to live up to his or her partner's expectations.

 Sometimes, a short time apart gives them a chance to miss each other. During this time, they might come to realize the depth of their feelings for one another. They might then get back together and better appreciate what they have. It's best to give love another shot, and to always have clear communications and help your partner understand what you are feeling. Communication is truly the key to solving all your relationship problems

The truth is, the more we push someone to love us, the less likely is that person going to actually have feelings for us. The more we force emotions out of someone, the less likely is that someone going to feel for us. Love flows on its own, and emotions are created through the romantic interaction between two people, even if that interaction is merely being rehearsed mentally. Our mental images are strong enough on their own to create the romantic emotions that we visualize in our minds.

I know that it has been a while

But I deserve a fair trial

Judge me not by what you see

Before you know what's inside of me

I've been down on my knees

You keep on trying to get me to Love you

But the more you try, the more we grew

We grew apart, like water and oil

 

Then up again on both my Feet

The ground keeps shaking, underneath

And I barely have the strength to breath

Almost touching, but we're not mixing soil

Just give me a chance to miss your heart

Maybe it helps if we shortly part

But the truth I felt in all my being

I can't deny, all this Love you're giving

I can no longer hide what my Soul is saying

You may not understand why I feel this way

Or why myself, I will never betray

Till we reunite, in peace and forgiving
